Our Sauces

All of our sauces are housemade and original.  We hope to offer a BBQ experience tailored by region.  The heat in our sauces is developed using a mash of habanero, Thai long hot, jalapeno, serrano and chipotle peppers.  The hottest of our sauces is the Ghost’s Revenge which is a ghost pepper reduction.
